Campus Green Scene Video Competition – Accepting Videos Through April 27, 2011

Johnson Controls, Inc. invites university and college students, faculty and staff to submit a two-minute video describing an idea for making their campus greener. A winning video from each of the four school categories (four-year private institutions, four-year public institutions, historically black colleges and universities, and community colleges) will be selected and $5,000 awarded to each winning institution. Winning entrants will also be featured in a Johnson Controls-produced documentary filmed on their campus and highlighted at the National Energy Efficiency Forum in June 2011.

Clean Energy Corps
In February 2009, the Beshear Administration and a broad-based coalition of public and private sector partners launched an ambitious statewide program of energy efficiency improvement for modest-income Kentucky homes. This organization has grown and needs volunteers to help spread education and information about energy and efficiency.
